It is said he has lived for a very long time. And if you see him in a picture. The person in that picture is one of his targets. They are usually kids. If the picture has many people in it. Most of them will be targeted, if not all of them. He actually eats them (It is said.) Hence the reason that your character is generally a young kid in the games. I hope that helps a little.
